Navigating the Path to Success

UPDATES
Dear STMS Families,
Thank you to our amazing STMS community for participating in this year’s Color Run! This special event brings our school community together and serves as our biggest fundraiser of the year. A huge thank you to all of our parent volunteers who supported us and helped make the event such a success! Color Run donations are still being collected at STMS, so there is still time to turn in your donations. We appreciate your continued support!
Welcome, Mrs. Susan Hennessey!
We are excited to announce that we have hired a new school librarian! Mrs. Susan Hennessey will be joining the STMS team beginning October 19th. We are thrilled to welcome her to our school community and look forward to all she will bring to our students and staff.
New Audio Enhancement Systems Coming to STMS
Our school is currently having Audio Enhancement systems installed in every classroom. These systems will help us:
Improve audio clarity and speech intelligibility in classrooms
Support translation and accessibility for our diverse learners and families
Strengthen safety communication across our campus
Our staff will participate in training on November 4th so that our team can make the most of this new technology and its benefits for students.
Looking Ahead: October at STMS
We have an exciting month ahead! Here are some important dates and events to look forward to:
Color Run Prize Rally – Students will celebrate their fundraising accomplishments!
7th Grade MS. Dixie Field Trip – Our 7th graders will enjoy a special learning experience.
October 23rd – Pumpkin Run – All STMS students will participate in this fun school tradition!
October 29th – First School Dance – We are excited to host our first school dance of the year!
October 30th – No School for Students – Our STMS team will participate in district-wide Professional Development at STHS.
