BM Workshops/Events Update

We are getting close to our deadline for events to be scheduled and uploaded for possible printing in the Burning Man official What Where When printed guide.

Events submitted by June 15th maybe printed in the Burning Man WWW.

Although we don't have full control over what events get printed, we will be able to forward events submitted by June 15.

For our own printed guide, please submit events by July 5.

The Camp Contact events guide makes it possible for us to promote our events widely. Our past workshop promotion has been extremely successful, despite the limited number of WWW submissions coming as a surprise.

In addition to daily meditation, yoga, contact Improvisation, and acroyoga classes, Camp Contact offers a wide variety of workshops and playshops focused around self-awareness, authentic relating, and meaningful connection. It's all made possible by you! Please submit events as soon as possible.

We will try to get as many events as possible in the official Burning Man WWW printed event guide. However, like past years, Playa Events will likely limit the number of workshops submitted by each camp.

QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO RUN A WORKSHOP?

Running an event can be one of the most meaningful experiences you will have on the playa. If you are interested in making an event, but want some guidance, David Braun at Naked Heart (one of our closely connected camps on the playa) has put together some helpful information here:

Events submitted by the end of June will be in the Camp Contact events guide. Events submitted later may still make it into the printed guide, and can be put up on the event schedule at our greeter station. All events will be submitted to the Playa Events website, which is viewed by many Black Rock Citizens.
