Academy Announcements
Dear Academy Families and Friends,
It's scary to think we're reaching the end of the second month of school. While it feels like we've been moving and grooving, there's so much we have accomplished already in the 24-25 school year and yet s so much more we strive to do. With your help at home and in the community, there's no limit to how much we can achieve. Last week was a great week, culminating in the Fun Run!!! Here's just a few tidbits to help close out the month and get us ready for November!
- The Fun Run was a huge success! Switching from the spring to the fall was a great idea and with your help, we raised over $28,000! We have so many pictures to share, please check out our facebook page as there are too many here to add!
- Get ready, the Pumpkins and Poems begins tomorrow. Let's see how creative the kids can be. Please remember not to help your child as well as no carved pumpkins.
- Last but not least, at Academy we do an Orange and Black day on Halloween! Thanks for your cooperation in this matter!
Thank you for all your support!!!
Mr. Higgins
Attendance and Being on Time
Reminder: We know kids will get sick and miss school from time to time. Please be sure to call the school office and report them being out. The attendance hotline is open all morning up to 8:30AM. Call and report an absence each time they are out at 781.335.4717. Our goal is to cut down on absenteeism...because when kids are out, it's really hard for them to keep up with their peers who are in every day!
