Community Outreach
As part of the Judy Center grant components, we are continually seeking to identify children ages birth through age five in the Church Hill Elementary School catchment area. Recently, Ms. Stacey attended "Toddler Time" at the Sultana Educational Center as part of our outreach plan.
"Toddler Time" is a free program, offered to the public on Fridays from November - March from 10:30am-12pm for children ages 5 and younger at the Sultan's Holt Center, 200 S. Cross St., Chestertown, MD.
Thank you to the staff at the Sultana for allowing us attend a Toddler Time session to help spread the word about the Judy Center Early Learning Hub and all that we have to offer local families in the Church Hill Elementary School zone.

What is the Judy Center and Who Do We Serve?
The Judy Center Early Learning Hub provides resources to help parents and caregivers prepare their children for success in school and life. We serve children and their families living in the Church Hill Elementary School zone from birth through age five. We also serve children who reside anywhere in Queen Anne's County IF they have an IEP/IFSP.
We provide home learning kits, playgroups, home-visits, field trips, and parent/caregiver support. All of these services are FREE!
In addition, we can connect families to other services such as adult education classes, childcare support, healthcare services, food assistance and much more.
