Construction Again This Morning!

Fairfax Families,

Construction was happening on Fairfax and Wellington again this morning when I arrived. Although I have previously spoken with the City and personally spoke with the construction crew this morning to request that work not take place between 8:00–9:00 AM, so our students and families can safely enter and exit the school, I cannot guarantee that this schedule will be followed.

Please plan to arrive early and allow extra time for drop-off. With the possibility of rain, please be especially patient and cautious. Students may need to cross between cars as they make their way safely to the sidewalk.

I also want to remind everyone to please slow down on Scarborough. Scarborough is a well-traveled cut-through, and with the construction, more families and children may be using this route. Please be mindful of pedestrians and drive slowly.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and, most importantly, for helping us keep our Tigers safe!
