Dear Families,

This week’s Gospel reminds us through the Beatitudes that God’s blessings are found in humility, joy, compassion, and community. As Jesus gathered with his disciples to teach from the mountain, we too were given moments this week to pause and recognize the many gifts within our school community. Our Open House offered a beautiful opportunity to see these blessings in action, welcoming families, celebrating student learning, and witnessing the care and dedication that make our school such a special place.

We also saw joy and gratitude lived out beyond the classroom as many students have enjoyed winter ski trips, in-class field trips, and leadership opportunities that help to build confidence, resilience, and community through shared experiences. At the same time, we are deeply thankful for the hard work of our Parent Council, whose dedication and generosity are bringing our school together for a fun and memorable winter dance. In these moments of learning, service, celebration, and togetherness, we are reminded that when we live the Beatitudes, showing mercy, creating peace, and lifting one another up, God’s kingdom is truly present among us.

Blessings,

Mrs. Morgan and Mrs. Johnson

  • Students ARE NOT permitted to leave the school to purchase food at nearby fast food restaurants. As such, we are continuing to operate our school cafeteria where students can purchase healthy food choices at lunchtime as well as throughout the day.

3. Parents/Visitors

  • In the interest of the safety and respect for all our students and staff, ALL PARENTS/VISITORS MUST report to the office upon arrival at our building.
  • We realize that sometimes student lunches and school materials get forgotten at home and need to be dropped off at school, therefore we kindly ask that parents complete these drop-offs at the office, or check in for further instructions. For the safety of our school, we do not want visitors or parents wandering around without our consent or knowledge. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
  • If you have any concerns, or need to speak with a staff member or administration, please call the office ahead of time to make an appointment. Thank-you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
