To become a member of the E.A. Laney High School National STEM Honor Society, students need:

  • 360 STEM Class Hours (this is equal to a minimum of 3 STEM classes per year)
  • 120 STEM Hours outside of the classroom (all hours must be STEM and do not need to be volunteer)
  • 3.5 or better weighted GPA

National STEM Honor Society STEM Hours are on a rolling 12-month cycle. Students will use their STEM Log to log hours and notify Yetzke once the 120 has been reached.
