Ms. Arbital’s class chose the Ice Bucket Challenge as their reward for raising $500 toward PLD’s school-wide beautification project. After successfully reaching their fundraising goal together, the students celebrated by watching their teacher take on the chilly challenge—getting a bucket of ice water dumped on her!

To cap off the 50th anniversary celebration and fundraising efforts, Mrs. Allen was slimed and got a little Pie in the Face :) Mrs. Allen made a deal with the students at PLD that if they raised a certain amount of money the prize would be that she would be slimed. Well the students here at PLD rose to the challenge and surpassed the goal! Mrs. Allen didn't blow it off she took it like a champ!
