Our monthly newsletter will be shared with parents to ensure that you are up-to-date on the exciting things happening at OVE! Please take the time to read our monthly newsletter.
We will no longer be using Class Dojo for communication with parents. Please download the BCS app to keep up communication from the school and teachers! The BCS app will be the official platform for parent-teacher communications, too! Teachers will be able to message you directly about your scholars, post class announcements, and more.

Tap the Rooms tab and login with the phone number or email associated with your PowerSchool parent profile. (You can update your phone number or email via PowerSchool.)

Congratulations to Mrs. Ishman for being awarded Birmingham City Schools Library Media Specialist of the Year! She does an amazing job with keeping our school library updated and her interaction with students and reading is unmatched!

Reminders!
Morning Drop-offs begin at 7:20am.
Breakfast ends at 7:45am daily.
All students should be in class by 8:05am.
No checkouts after 2:30pm.
Scholars in the carpool line should be picked up by 3:15.
Walkers cannot walk if it is lightning outside.
Parents please notify teachers by 1:30pm of changes in mode of transportation.
Scholars should only have Mesh or Clear Book Bags
