- August 23: 7th and 8th grade Beer Baron Registration Day: School pictures, student ID's, student schedules, lockers, and find your classrooms. Parents are invited. 7th Grade last names A-L 8:00-9:00 and M-Z 9:00-10:00. 8th Grade last names A-L 10:00-11:00 and M-Z 11:00-12:00
- August 30: 1st day of the 2023-2024 School Year. K-12 half day with dismissal at 10:59 (All MS2TC and MSVPA students will report to the Beer MS Media Center for all classes at Butcher)
- August 31: K-12 half day with dismissal 1t 10:59. (All MS2TC and MSVPA students will report to the Beer MS Media Center for all classes at Butcher)
- September 1-4: No School (Labor Day)
- September 5: First Full Day of School
- September 5: 1st day for Football Practice (7th and 8th Grades) and 1st day for Volleyball Tryouts (7th and 8th Grades). Must have an athletic physical on file dated after April 15, 2023 to participate.

Athletic Physicals, Fall Sports 2023-2024 School Year:

Free Breakfast and Lunch for All Students During the 2023-2024 School Year
Dear Parent or Guardian:
We are pleased to inform you that we will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.
The GREAT NEWS is that ALL students enrolled at our schools can receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at NO CHARGE to your household each day.
In place of the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application, we still need your household to complete a Education Benefit Form. This report is critical in determining the amount of money that our school receives from a variety of State and Federal supplemental programs like Title I A, At-risk (31a), Title II A, E-Rate, etc.
These supplemental programs have the potential to offer supports and services for our students including, but not limited to:
- Instructional supports (staff, supplies & materials, etc.)
- Non-instructional services (counseling, social work, health services, etc.)
- Professional Learning for staff
- Parent and Community engagement supplies and activities
- Technology
We are asking that you please complete and submit the Education Benefit Form as soon as possible to ensure that additional funding for our school is available to meet the needs of our students. All information on the report submitted is confidential. Without your assistance in completing and returning the report, our school cannot maximize the use of available State and Federal funds.
