Directory Spot Donations: We are requesting a $5 donation to help cover the Directory

spot cost for MJHS. Directory spot is a great way to stay connected to your school community anywhere, anytime! Click here to donate!

• We are excited to announce that D203 will be using SchoolCash Online for our upcoming school year.
• This will be our preferred method of payment for school fees. It is designed to be safer, faster, and more convenient than sending cash or checks with your student.
• When you see an email from SchoolCash later in July, please know it is a legitimate communication from the district regarding setting up your parent account.
• School/course fees will be added to student accounts on October 1st.

This handbook has been designed to provide you with helpful information for your reference. Please make sure to review this information (linked in the title.) If you have any questions, please reach out to Madison Junior High School. Students will be required to digitally sign their acknowledgment of the handbook during the first weeks of school.

• Physicals for Sports should be uploaded to SNAP. Use this link to sign in or create an account for your child.
• Fall sports begin right away for 7th and 8th graders and a full physical OR sports physical need to be uploaded to SNAP in order to participate.
• Physicals are valid for 13 months. Summer is a great time to get this taken care of!
• Parents, remember to fill out and sign the Health History section.

Please see the information below regarding student drop off/pick up:

• Please do not park in the back parking lot when picking up your student in the afternoon. We need all cars to stay in the pick up line.
• Please do not park in the front parking lot in the morning when dropping off students so we have space for staff parking. Car riders are picked up and dropped off behind the school only.
• Please do not pull in and out of resident's driveways when picking up or dropping off.
• Front entrance is reserved for staff and school buses, and is very dangerous for students to be dropped off in this area. Please drive around the back of the building.
• Cars must enter from River Oak Street and make a RIGHT TURN ONLY into the lot, and exit by making a RIGHT TURN ONLY, also.
• Safety directors are out to guide you. Please do not drop your student off in the street as this blocks traffic trying to enter the drop off area correctly.
