WMJH MISSION STATEMENT

WMJH VISION STATEMENT

The procedures, programs and practices of WMJH reflect its commitment to helping all students learn at high levels.

STUDENTS EARN STAAR EXEMPLARY FIELD DAY!

Current 7th and 8th graders have earned their Exemplary Field Day and it is set for Thursday, October 22nd. The Jaguars have earned their field day as a reward and incentive for their outstanding performance on their STAAR Tests during the spring testing season. The WMJH students and teachers earned an A Rating, or Exemplary Rating, from the Texas Education Association and our school community is proud of their efforts!

The 7th Grade Field Day will be from 10:35-12:45 PM. 7th Grade will be allowed to have food delivered from 11:45-12:15 PM and the food can be delivered to the back parking lot or gym entrance. Administration will receive the lunches and then students will pick up from that back entrance.

The 8th Grade Field Day will be from 1:05-3:15 PM. 8th Grade will be allowed to have food delivered from 12:30-1:00 PM and the food can be delivered to the back parking lot or gym entrance. Administration will receive the lunches and then students will pick up from that back entrance.

KINDNESS FUNDRAISER PRIZES ON UNTIL OCTOBER 16th

The WMJH PTA Kindness Fundraiser continues this week and our last day to draw for prizes is this Friday, October 16th. Keep those fundraising efforts going as our PTA is bringing water bottle filler stations for our students to our hallways! Thank you PTA!

SAVE THE DATE MONSTER BASH - 7th & 8th Students Only

The WMJH PTA and Administration will host the Monster Bash on Friday, October 30th from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. This event is for 7th and 8th graders only. Students will be welcome to come dressed in costume.

Tickets will be on sale for $5 during lunches on Thursday and Friday, October 29th and 30th.
