DC Fundraiser Rock-a-thon Date Set

The 2025 GMS Rock-a-thon will take place on Friday, February 21st from 6pm - midnight. Students can rock the night away to raise pledges for their future DC trip.

Information will come home with students next week.

Community Organizations Partner to Offer Student Supports

In a time where we find so many challenges to managing “all the things” life presents, we are sincere in our commitment to supporting students’ mental and behavioral health.

We are so very fortunate to partner with TCN Behavioral Health (www.tcn.org), Chrysalis Health (www.chrysalishealth.com), and Community Health and Wellness Partners (https://chwpcares.org) to provide mental and behavioral health support to our students with no cost to Graham Local Schools.

TCN Behavioral Health provides a Navigator/counselor at the elementary and middle schools, Chrysalis Health provides a counselor at the middle and high schools, and Community Health and Wellness Partners will soon be opening a clinic housed at the elementary which will serve all levels.

We are excited to expand the mental health services available to Graham Local Schools

students, provided at no cost to the district. Currently, we partner with TCN Behavioral Health for

services, and beginning in February, we will add a counselor from Chrysalis Health.

Chrysalis Health, a not-for-profit agency with offices across the state, including a local office in

Urbana, specializes in mental health support. Our new counselor, Mr. Andrew Sluss, will

primarily serve middle and high school students, providing much-needed resources to support

their well-being and success. If you feel the need to access these services, please contact the

guidance counselor at your child’s school.

(GHS: Mrs Bechtel BechtelM@grahamlocalschools.org)

(GMS: Mrs Smith SmithM@grahamlocalschools.org)

Mr. Sluss will start meeting with students during the first week of February. For more details

about these services, please refer to the attached flyer or visit Chrysalis Health’s website:

www.chrysalishealth.com. This partnership represents our commitment to supporting the mental

health needs of our Falcon family.

Stay up-to-date on Student Grades with Progress Book

Students all have access to Progress Book via their Clever logins. Parents can access through the same login they would have used last year. Any new families should have received an access key on Friday via email from Mr. Guidera.

Frontline Education has released the Progress Book Parent and Student Mobile App (aka Parent Access app) to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This app is available for your parents/students to download and use now. For those that choose to download, the app takes the place of the mobile web version of Parent Access that parents and students have long used. In addition, Frontline has produced an overview video that can be shared with your users.
