Major's Minute

Spring Break with the youth this week was fun packed. One of the days we went to the Intel Museum. We learned about the technology, had a tour, and played with the displays. One interesting stop in the tour was about how employees had to take 14 steps to literally walk into the "clean room" in order to work.

After just coming out of the Easter season, it reminds me of the goodness of God. In order to be in His presence, the presence of a Holy God, we don't need to accomplish certain steps. There's no expectation for us to try to check of a list of things to do. We simply ask for the gift of Jesus to cover us and we are cleansed of our sins. Praise God for His amazing grace!

Ephesians 2:8-9 - New International Version

8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
