Room Parent and Party Helper- Thank you!

A heartfelt thank you to all the Room Parents and Party Helpers for your invaluable support and dedication last Friday. Your efforts made the parties truly special for everyone involved. Thank you!

Bethlehem City Parade - Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Bethlehem Halloween Parade! A special shout-out to our team leads and our generous sponsors—Unangst Tree Farms, LLC, Camel's Hump Farm, and Scholl Orchards—for their donations that brought our float to life. We’re also grateful to the wonderful parents who donated candy. Thanks to all of you, Asa Packer’s float earned 3rd place in this year’s city parade!

Appreciation Station - Thank You!

Our first Staff Appreciation Station was a huge success! A big thank you to our team leads and all the generous parents who donated to help make it happen. Your support means so much and made our staff feel truly appreciated!

Asa Packer Candle Fundraiser

Support our school with our candle fundraiser, which runs through 11/8! These handcrafted candles are made by one of our very own Asa moms. Check out the samples in the main lobby and see the flyer for all the details. Every purchase helps fund important programs for our students.

We're bringing back this fundraiser for our second year! Our competition will begin on Monday, November 4th, and the teams for the upcoming week will be communicated in this newsletter on Fridays. You can send in dollars and coins for our first 3 teams between November 4th and 8th, and the winning team will dress up in elf costumes on one day during the week of December 6th.

  • Team 1: Mrs. Gawlik, Miss Murphy, Mrs. Foster, Ms. Borger
  • Team 2: Mrs. Adams, Mrs. Thomas, Miss Wall, Mrs. Glinski
  • Team 3: Miss Garza, Mrs. Campbell, Mrs. Blackwood

Thanksgiving Turkeys

We are excited to share that our school has received a donation of turkeys! We would love to ensure that families in need can benefit from this gift this November.

If you would like your name added to the list to receive a turkey, please fill out the Google Form and select “Turkeys for November.” If there are any remaining turkeys, they will be given out through a random selection process. Rest assured, all submissions will be kept confidential.

Thank you, and we hope to help make your holiday season a little brighter

Donations for Pantry

I am excited to share an initiative that aims to support our school community: the creation of a Pantry for Clothes and Nonperishable Foods. This pantry will provide essential items for families in need within our school.

The goal is to create a welcoming space where families can access clothing and nonperishable food items. Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of those who may be facing challenges.

If you would like to contribute, we welcome donations of gently used clothing and nonperishable food items. Every little bit helps, and your generosity can bring comfort to our community.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to arrange a donation.

Together, we can make a positive impact!

Thank you for your support.

Miss Karam
