Tynes Weekly Updates
May 29, 2026
Greetings from Dr. Borgese
It's a great time to be a Tiger!
Tiger Families -
Last Friday, our Carnival was a tremendous success and provided a wonderful opportunity for students, staff, and families to come together, make memories, and celebrate another fantastic school year. Thank you to our PTA, volunteers, staff, and everyone who helped make the event possible. The smiles, laughter, and sense of community were on full display throughout the evening.
As we move into the final two weeks of school, our campus is buzzing with activity. From end-of-year projects and classroom celebrations to field trips, special events, and promotion preparations, there is a great deal happening each day. While the schedule is busy, these moments often become some of our students' favorite memories of the year.
For our sixth graders, the countdown to middle school is officially on. It is hard to believe they are entering their final two weeks of elementary school. We are proud of all they have accomplished during their time at Tynes and look forward to celebrating them as they prepare for this exciting next chapter.
Thank you for your continued support as we finish the school year strong. Let's make these final weeks meaningful, memorable, and full of Tiger pride.
Warmly,
Dr. Borgese
