Dear Amazing Gator Family,

What a memorable first week! It was filled with excitement, great learning, and a true test of our flexibility with the inclement weather. Thank you all so much for your patience, professionalism, and resilience during our weather delay—you handled it brilliantly.

As I walked around the school, I was so impressed to see strong learning conditions already established in most classrooms. It was wonderful seeing students engaged in "getting to know you" activities and building on their prior knowledge.

I know everyone is running on low batteries after such a big week. Please take time for yourselves over the next couple of days—you've earned a very relaxing, dry, and cool weekend!

• Be at your duties by 9:00am on your duty day.
• Be at your door during arrival and class change and follow our dismissal plan daily.
• All doors must remain locked at all times. Do not leave any doors propped open.
