PTO Fundraiser: TODAY IS THE LAST DAY: Fowler's annual BIG fundraiser is well underway. Please see the flyer below. Please see the picture below for the current class totals!

Field Trips- We have several upcoming field trips across our building, and it’s important to remind families that the weather can be unpredictable, so proper attire is essential. Additionally, please remember to send a water bottle and lunch for the trip. If your child will need a meal from the café, reach out to us a day prior, and we can arrange for our food service program to provide a bagged lunch, which includes a basic sandwich and snacks.

Cell Phone Reminder:Cell Phone Reminder: We have noticed increased student cell phone usage. Please remind students that cell phones must be removed from bell to bell, from the morning bell to the dismissal bell. Additionally, if students feel unwell, they should visit the nurse instead of using their cell phone to call home from the bathroom. Only the nurse can authorize excused dismissals for illness.

BUS REGISTRATION STARTS Monday JUNE 9TH FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR!

Online bus registration in Aspen for the 2025-2026 school year will open the morning of June 9th beginning at 8am.

Who Needs to Register?

· Students in grades K – 6 who live 2 or more miles from school who want transportation (Must register to receive a bus pass)

· Any other students who need transportation

ANYONE who needs their student to take the bus MUST register each year, even if you receive the bus for free and/or live more than 2 miles from school. It’s the only way we know if you need to take a bus. Buses fill up fast!

Join us at Fowler School on Friday, May 30th for an exciting evening of fun to celebrate the creativity of all BASEC students! Projects from different areas of BASEC -- such as from art, workshops, STEM, and vacation camp weeks -- will be on display. Special treats including raffle baskets, interactive games, and an ice cream truck visit!

The Maynard Food Pantry is open every Monday unless it is a holiday. Maynard residents are welcome to shop 2x a month (out-of-town residents are asked to keep it to 1x a month).
