At the Table Updates
Since the launch of negotiations with the Oak Grove Educators Association (OGEA) on January 29, both the District and OGEA have actively engaged in the process, working consistently to reach agreements that support our staff and students. We have held a total of eleven (11) sessions with OGEA to date, focusing on key issues impacting our teachers and certificated employees.
Negotiations with the California School Employees Association (CSEA), which represents our secretaries, instructional assistants, and other classified staff, began on March 20. We’ve met for six (6) sessions so far, with a seventh, additional date recently scheduled for June 23.
We appreciate the dedication and collaboration of all parties involved. Meaningful progress continues to be made at both negotiations tables, and we remain committed to working together toward fair and sustainable outcomes.
