Dear JAC Families,
This week at JAC has been full of activity and meaningful moments! On Thursday, we kicked off the day with our annual Memorial Day program. The 5th Grade Band, the Crisafulli Orchestra, and 5th Grade Chorus delivered an outstanding performance for our students and the families who joined us. It’s important to take a moment to honor the significance of this holiday weekend. The student audience showed great respect and took time to reflect on how fortunate we are. We expressed our gratitude to all those who have served, those currently serving, and especially to the brave individuals who have sacrificed their lives to safeguard our freedom and liberty.
In addition, we celebrated the musical talents of our Grade 4 and 5 students during the Strings Concert, making it a truly musical week here at JAC!

FAREWELL TO 5TH GRADE CELEBRATION
Calling all 5th graders! On Thursday June 4th 6pm-7:30pm join us for a fun-filled Celebration where students from Abbot, Crisafulli and Day Schools will come together for an evening of music, fun and dancing before moving up to middle school! The celebration will be held at Blanchard Middle School in the gymnasium. This is a drop off event, but volunteers are needed to decorate and chaperone the event.

2026-2027 PTO BOARD ELECTIONS UPDATE
Congratulations to our newly elected President, Annie Morano, and Secretary, Lea Armstrong. We appreciate your willingness to serve our school community.
We are still seeking a Treasurer and will hold another vote at the PTO meeting on Thursday, June 11. Interested in getting involved? We’d love to hear from you!
JAC FIELD DAY
On Wednesday, June 3rd (Rain Date Thursday, June 4th) JAC students will be participating in a full-day field day! On this day, they will work together with their classmates and partake in a variety of stations that are healthy for their hearts and muscles. Our shelves are empty! Please help stock the teacher supply closet for the spring. We are in desperate need of paper towels, tissues (it’s allergy time!), pencils, and cleaners.
