Principal Message

Greetings LMS Staff,

Welcome to November! πŸ‚ I hope you all had a safe and enjoyable Halloween weekend. As we enter this new month, our school is buzzing with the energy of focused learning as we approach the end of our second grading period. This is a critical time for scholars to demonstrate all they have learned. I encourage you to connect with your child about their schoolwork and log in to our parent portal to review their progress. November is also a month centered around gratitude. We are incredibly thankful for our wonderful students, our dedicated staff, and your continued partnership in education. Thank you for all you do to support our school community.

Academic Focus: 2nd Six Grading Period Ends This Week!

This is an important academic week as we wrap up the grading cycle.

  • End of Grading Period: The final day of the second grading period was last Friday, October 30th. All final grades must be submitted by 12:00 noon on Monday, November 2rd.

πŸ—“οΈ Upcoming Events & Important Dates

  • Wednesday, Nov. 11: Veterans Day πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ: We will honor the brave men and women who have served our country. We invite our student's family members who are veterans to join us for a special recognition during our morning announcements. Please let your child's teacher know if a veteran in your family would like to be recognized.

  • Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 23 - 27): There will be no school for the entire week of Thanksgiving.

Your partner in education, PRB
