Attendance Matters
Our classes are working hard to spell the word BRAVES!
Each time a class has perfect attendance, they earn a letter. Once a class spells BRAVES, they earn a special reward. Some classes have already spelled the word BRAVES twice—way to go, BRAVES! 🎉

Patches is 2 Months Old
*At two months old, Patches weighs about 150 pounds, and she doesn't need a bottle anymore.
*Not only can she drink from a bucket, she is also learning to eat some of the foods that the adult cows eat, like hay and silage.
*Adult cows eat about 100 pounds of food each day, which is like eating 300 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!
*To eat this much, cows spend about 8 hours eating every day. They also drink 30-50 gallons of water – about a bathtub-full – every day.

Character Corner
At school, we’ve been talking about what it means to show kindness—through our words, actions, and even small gestures that make others feel valued. Students have shared ways they can be kind at home, on the playground, and in the classroom. Ask your child how they’ve shown kindness this week or who made them feel cared for—it’s a great way to keep the conversation going at home!
Try this kindness challenge!
