Dear Sarah Adams Families,
As the school year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and dedication throughout this year. Together, we achieved so much as a team, and I am so proud of our students! Students initiated service projects this year as a way to stay connected to our community; this included donating food to St. Francis, providing animal supplies to Orphans of the Storm, and sharing kind notes and games with the residents at Avantara. Additionally, we had the pleasure of witnessing all of our students exemplify their #BulldogBest everyday by demonstrating kindness, respect, responsibility, and being safe!
We had fantastic turnouts at PTO events such as our Book Fairs, Trunk or Treat, Bingo Night, and more, which would not have been possible without your participation and support. Our students truly shined on stage during the performance of 101 Dalmatians, and learned how to continue to work collaboratively when being paired with Buddy Classrooms and earing classroom tallies.
I also want to highlight the incredible academic and personal growth our students have achieved this year. Our teachers and staff have worked tirelessly to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, and your support at home has been invaluable in reinforcing these efforts.
We rounded out this busy year celebrating achievements of our chorus, band, and orchestra. We recognized our 5th graders yesterday, and had an incredible Field Day on Wednesday. I am grateful to our specials team who carefully created such a cohesive day for our students, and to our staff and families who ran stations and cheered on our students. It was a wonderful day!
I want to express how much I appreciate your partnership and trust in allowing me to work with your children every day. It is an absolute privilege to be a part of the Sarah Adams community, and I am genuinely excited to see what the future holds for us.
As summer approaches, I hope you have a wonderful time making new memories with family and friends. Please encourage your children to continue reading, exploring, and learning throughout the summer months. I look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall, refreshed and ready for another exciting school year.

Musical 2024!
It's a hard knock life in NYC but the sun WILL come out tomorrow! Be on the lookout right when we come back to school in August for more information on the workshop and auditions for Annie, the 2024 Sarah Adams school musical. This will be open to 4th & 5th graders, with the possibility for 3rd graders after initial sign ups conclude. Please email SarahAdamsMusical@Gmail.com with questions.
