SCAPE Information 2026-2027

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are excited to welcome both our returning and new SCAPE families.

Our goal is to continue providing a safe, engaging, and supportive after-school environment where students can learn, grow, and have fun each day.

This year, we continue to focus on:

• Safe and structured after-school supervision

• Academic support and homework assistance

• Enrichment activities

• Age-appropriate groupings

• Positive student engagement

The SCAPE hourly rate is $13.00 per hour.

Additional discounts may apply for:

• Eligible ELOP families

• Employee Discount

• Sibling Discount
  
  

Families qualifying for ELOP will receive the appropriate credit based on eligibility.

Billing statements are generated automatically every Monday, with payments due by Wednesday through MyProcare.

Please allow up to 72 hours for enrollment processing before your child may begin attending the program. You will receive an email when your child/ren is/are cleared to attend.

Please review the 2026–2027 SCAPE Parent & Student Handbook before your child begins attending.

The handbook includes information regarding:

• Student expectations
