Due to 6th grade testing, 6th and 8th grade lunches have been swapped on Wednesday, April 3. 8th graders will report to lunch at the beginning of 4th period from 11:09-11:39 and 6th graders will have lunch at the end of the period from 12:13-12:43.

See below the testing calendar that includes testing dates from now through the end of the school year. Soon, we will be sending out a form to fill out if you know that your student will be missing one or more days of testing this spring.

ATTENTION PARENTS OF CURRENT 6TH GRADERS - (7th graders for 2024-2025 school year)

One of the requirements for all 7th graders to attend school is to have the Tdap immunization. Please take your child to your physician or local Health Department for the necessary immunization.

Return the required certificate of immunization (DOH680 form) to the school so we can document it in our records. Submit the documentation as soon as possible to avoid missed class time at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.

TRACK AND FIELD PARENT MEETING! 4/1/24

Thank you, parents, for supporting your student athletes this academic year. Coach Itri, Coach Champion and Coach Gaskins will be having a track and field parent meeting for the students who made the track and field team this school year. The parent meeting will be held in the gymnasium starting at 4:30 when we return from Spring Break on 4/1/24. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us. If you cannot make the meeting, we will send home information for you to review. Track and field fees are due the week after we return from Spring Break. No later than 4/3/24. No uniform will be issued until ALL fees are paid.

Cypress Creek Middle School is excited to announce a new partnership with Impact Counseling! Through this collaboration, counseling and group therapy services will be offered to our Coyote students at no cost to families!

As the need grows, these free mental health services will increase to support our students. If you are interested in having your student participate, please complete the two consent forms found below and email them to your child's grade level counselor:

We need your help! Communication has been sent to you reminding you about the Parent’s Bill of Rights Consent Form and emergency contact card needed for every student. Within the communication, links were provided to Parent Portal information and to the Parent Bill of Rights webpage.

It is important to complete these items. Otherwise, most incomplete consents will be viewed as permission granted by the parent or guardian.
