Quizizz

Quizizz is a formative assessment web tool that is similar to Kahoot. Teachers and students are able to create interactive assessment games for review. Teachers have the ability to start a 'live' game in class or assign for 'homework'. Students can play together, but at their own pace! Need data? No problem! Quizizz will provide a detailed class and individual student report to showcase where students need additional help. This is a great way to gamify your classroom and create healthy competition!

Do a quick search for your topic! Chances are, someone has already created a quiz. You can build your quiz by adding the questions you like and disregard the questions you do not need.

You have a few choices with Quizizz!

A. Play Live - Classroom competition where all students participate together

B. Homework Mode - The students will receive a code and can take your assessment within the time you arrange for it to be open.

(This can be easily embedded in Google Classroom)

Submission Directions:

1. Create your own Quizizz formative assessment.

2. You must include at least 5 questions!

3. Set your Quizizz to 'Homework' mode.

4. 'Copy' the code to your quiz.

4. Click on the 'Quizizz Badge' button.

5. 'Paste' the code into the Google Form.
