Note from the Principal
Dear Hermosa School Families and Community,
I hope you are enjoying the final few weeks of summer break before we kick off the 2026-2027 school year. As we prepare for another fantastic year ahead, I wanted to share a few important updates and upcoming dates with our Hornet families:
Returning Family Information Update: We ask that all students returning for the 26-27 school year complete the Returning Family Information Form by clicking the link. https://forms.gle/iuxA62uiAW8iU4hK6 This will ensure we have updated information.
August Back-to-School Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Hermosa School Open House: Mark your calendars! We can’t wait to welcome you back for our Open House on Wednesday, August 19th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This will be a great opportunity to see the school, meet teachers, and catch up with fellow Hornets. There will be a BBQ Dinner for all students and their families.
First Day of School: The official first day of school for the new academic year will be Tuesday, August 25th.
If you are unable to attend Open House on the 19th, please call or stop by the school office to setup a time to stop in to collect the information you need for the school year.
Thank you for your continued support of our school and students. Keep enjoying your summer break, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on August 19th for Open House!
