Arrival and Dismissal Procedures for Families

Greetings CSP Families,

As we prepare for the start of the school year, we are sharing important information regarding our arrival and dismissal procedures. Please review the following materials carefully:

  • Video outlining the traffic pattern for carpool students

    • Carpool for families with Middle AND High School students

    • Carpool for families High School students ONLY

  • Map of the traffic pattern for carpool students

  • Procedures for bus riders

  • Procedures for High School student drivers transporting Middle School siblings

We ask that all families exercise patience while navigating the parking lots and follow the directions of school staff on duty. This will be our first time managing arrival and dismissal across both the Middle School and High School campuses. We anticipate that it may take some time for everyone to become familiar with the new procedures.

Our team will closely monitor the traffic patterns, make adjustments as needed, and communicate any changes with the school community.

Thank you in advance for your patience, flexibility, and cooperation as we work together to ensure a safe and orderly arrival and dismissal process for all students.

Sincerely,

Principal Owens

Senior Parking - Deadline for Applications is September 8

All seniors will be parking in front of the gym area this school year. The spaces are not labeled yet, so please just pick an empty space and park there. Please make sure your purple parking tag is hanging from the rearview mirror at all times while parked on school grounds. If you have not received your tag yet, please see Ms. O'Brien to pick it up when you arrive to school.

If you have questions about senior parking, please email Ms. O'Brien at aobrien@mycsp.org.

Lastly, seniors have until September 8 to submit the parking application and necessary paperwork. If you are a senior and will need to park on school grounds at anytime this school year, you need to submit the paperwork by September 8.

Parking applications were emailed home to senior parents. If you need a copy, please email Ms. O'Brien.

Senior Portraits

Unfortunately, Lifetouch has decided that, beginning this school year, they will only be working with middle schools. We have now secured a new photography company to take our senior portraits and are currently waiting for them to confirm the date.

The senior portrait session will take place on a Saturday. Because senior portraits require individual appointments and take longer than traditional school pictures, the company will be offering only one portrait date.

As soon as the date is confirmed, I will share all of the details with parents and students, including information on how to schedule an appointment time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we finalize these arrangements. I will share the information as soon as it becomes available.

Class of 2027 Graduation Date

We have not yet received the date for our graduation ceremony. As soon as the date is confirmed, we will share that information with students and families.

Free/Reduced Lunch Application

Parents, if your family qualifies for free or reduced lunch, please consider submitting an application here.

Completing the application can help your family access important benefits, and it can also help our school receive additional resources. Eligible schools may receive funding for additional teachers and staff, academic supports, supplies, field trips, enrichment opportunities, and social-emotional and behavioral programs.

It’s about more than lunch! Every application helps ensure that our students and school have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
