Person County Schools: School Bond Referendum Information
On November 3, 2026, Person County voters will decide on a $107 million school bond referendum for proposed school construction and renovation projects.
The proposal includes building a new middle school to serve students in grades 6β8 and adapting the existing middle school facilities for elementary school use.
We encourage our families and community members to review the attached fact sheet to learn more about the proposed projects, the planning process, potential tax implications, and what the referendum would mean for Person County Schools.

If you have questions regarding this, please reach out to Nurse Windham via dojo or email windhamk@person.k12.nc.us.
