Kids K-5th grade, show off your paper airplane building skills at this exciting program at the library! Put your design skills to the test and find out who can invent the fastest, highest, longest-flying paper airplane!

It’s time for the Fall Sawdust Days Weekend Garage Sales.

Please message the Hemlock Business Association by September 7th to have your sale listed.

The orchard will open on September 9th. Hours this season will be Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 10 am - 5 pm and Sundays 12 pm - 5 pm. Other days are by appointment.

Jacques has a lot of apples this season. Starting the season off are Zestar, GingerGold, Paula Red, early Macs, Gala. Pears will be here soon, followed by Blondee, HoneyCrisp, Golden Supreme, Wolf River, Cortland, SnowSweet, Jonathan. They will have the old fashioned Snow apples later in September along with other varieties. Main October apples are Empire, Ida Red, Red Delicious, Mutsu, EverCrisp and Granny Smith. Apple Cider starts September 8th.
