Dr. Koop's Newsletter

It was truly wonderful to see so many parents visiting KRS for the parent/teacher conferences this week. One of the critical factors of supporting the students' overall growth is a strong connection between school and home. Thank you to the PTO for a delicious lunch for teachers and staff on Tuesday.

On Thursday, November 16th, is an early evening PTO meeting (6:00 PM) and a presentation by Mrs. Pam Yousey (6:30 PM) about the Madison Public Schools referendum. We are also offering a KRS school tour at 5:15 PM for anyone interested in understanding more about the KRS facility needs. It will indeed be an informative and interesting evening!

Madison Public Schools are closed on Thursday, November 9, 2023 and Friday, November 10, 2023 for the NJEA convention. Thank you for your understanding about the closure today, due to an issue in town which compromised the district communication and security procedures. Conferences are rescheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2023, with a 12:45 PM early dismissal for students. We will see the students' smiling faces back at school again on Monday, November, 13, 2023.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kathy Koop
