Girls Volleyball Heading to the State Championship!
Congratulations to our Lakeville South Cougars Volleyball team as they are headed to the 50th MSHSL State Championship Game on Saturday night!
The Cougars defeated the Roseville Raiders in three sets on Thursday morning. Their hard work, dedication, and team spirit have brought them to the Championship Game that will be played on Saturday, November 9th at the Xcel Energy Center. The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm.
As a school community we couldn’t be prouder. This is the third time in school history (2016, 2018 & 2024) that the Cougars have played in the state tournament. For our true historians, when Lakeville was one high school they appeared eleven (11) times in the tournament. So, this could be our 14th trip to the tournament. Let’s show our support and bring the energy on Saturday night! Here are details to help navigate the Xcel Energy Center and make the experience memorable.:
