Fremont Elementary School
May 9, 2025 NEEDS TO BE CHANGED
A Message From Mrs. Carmody
Dear Fremont Families,
As we enter the final week of school, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible support you’ve shown throughout this school year—my first at Fremont Elementary School.
Starting somewhere new always brings a mix of excitement and learning, and your warmth, partnership, and trust made all the difference. From the day-to-day routines to the special moments that make school life meaningful, I’ve felt truly welcomed and supported by this wonderful community.
It’s been a joy getting to know your children, watching them grow, and being part of their learning journey. I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished together, and I’m genuinely excited for the future.
Thank you again for the kindness, encouragement, and connection you’ve shared with me this year. I’m so glad to be part of this school family.
Wishing you all a joyful and restful summer!
With gratitude,
Beth Carmody
Grand Dominion Visitors
We recently welcomed community members from the Grand Dominion to two of our second-grade classrooms for a special visit. This was a great opportunity for students to connect with neighbors outside of school and share their love of books. It also gave our guests a chance to see the wonderful things happening in our classrooms. We’re grateful for their time and support, and we look forward to more opportunities to build connections between our school and the broader community.

Medication Pick Up
Fremont School District has set up guidelines for the administration and transportation of medications at school. These guidelines have been established in order to ensure the safety and well being of all children.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking up any medication at the end of the school year. All medication, including inhalers and Epi-Pens, must be picked up by 4:00 pm JUNE 2, 2025. Please make arrangements to pick up your child’s medication. MEDICATION WILL NOT BE SENT HOME ON THE BUS WITH YOUR CHILD. ANY MEDICATIONS LEFT AFTER JUNE 2 WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
If your child will be attending any summer school programs, please let the Nurse Dana know and those medications can be picked up on the last day of their summer school session.
As a reminder, new Medication Authorization Forms will need to be filled out by the child’s physician each school year. Forms can be found on the school website in the Health Services section.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If you have any questions, please contact the health office.

School Lunches
Fremont School District menus are now available with real-time updates as well as complete lists of all allergens and nutritional information through Quest Food Management's partner website at FDMealPlanner.com. When you access the website, you will simply enter "Fremont" in the Search field and click your student's corresponding school for a complete list of all items served for the daily meal for the month as well as any other sides and accompaniments.
With FDMealPlanner, you may view a condensed menu including the daily special offering, or by toggle, view the entire Quest offerings for the whole day in your student's school. Any menu changes from week to week will also appear daily on this portal. You may also build menus for your student to participate in to exclude certain allergens.
