Please make sure that you fill out the permission form by Wednesday, January 29th at 5:00pm. Students must be present for at least 1/2 of the school day on 1/31 in order to attend. No outside food or beverages will be permitted. (pizza and beverages will be served). No students will be permitted to attend without a permission slip. We will not be able to verify permission over the phone on the evening of the dance. If your child is dropped off and we do not have a permission slip, you will need to come in to sign off or pick up your child as they will not be permitted to stay.

Before Winter Break, an email went out from our nurses regarding mandated screening which will occur January 21-24th during PE class. In case you missed it, here is the link to the email.

Thanks to a generous grant, the HMS library has added new books supporting mental, social, physical, and emotional health. In December alone, our students checked out almost 4,000 books, averaging four per student! Help us kick off the year right by returning any overdue library books—look for HMS barcodes and spine stickers in those hidden spots! Find out more in this month's HMS Library Newsletter.

The Massachusetts Port Authority and the Federal Aviation Administration are hosting an Aviation and Maritime STEM Expo at Logan Airport on Thursday, May 29, 2024, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (See attached flyer).
