The Family Resource Guide
Informing. Connecting. Supporting

The Family Resource Guide is a monthly newsletter dedicated to helping families access valuable supports across Banning Unified School District and the wider community. Each issue highlights programs, services, and opportunities that empower students and families to thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially. By staying informed and connected, our families can make the most of the resources available to them and ensure every student’s success.
Supporting Families Through Food Assistance Changes
Ensuring No Family Goes Hungry
As many families across California experience changes in CalFresh (SNAP) benefits, Banning Unified School District remains committed to ensuring that every student has access to nutritious meals and essential resources. This month’s Family Resource Guide highlights local food banks, drive-up food distributions, and information on our free breakfast and lunch programs for all students.
