HTHS Community,

We hope that all of our students and families have a safe and restful Thanksgiving surrounded by loved ones. We are thankful for the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our students, and the incredible support of our parents and school community. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow together!

On Monday, November 24, from 2:00-3:00 pm, HTHS will host Cadet Timothy Brisco (HTHS 2022 graduate). Cadet Brisco is currently in his Senior (Firstie) year at West Point and is set to graduate this upcoming May. Any HTHS students interested in learning about the United States Military Academy at West Point should attend. Please come to the school and enter through the main office lobby between 1:30-2:00 pm. Cadet Brisco will discuss the admissions process, the first summer at West Point, and the overall experience. All current HTHS students and their parents/guardians are welcome. Please come with your questions.

Former students as well as any current student who missed their pickup day can come to the HTHS Main Lobby on Monday, November 24 (9am-1pm) to pick up their A+ College Ready Gift Card.

Boys and girls (Kindergarten-6th grade) are invited to join the Hewitt-Trussville boys and girls high school golf teams for an afternoon of fun, instruction, and a little competition. Meet us at Top Golf Birmingham on Sunday, December 7th from 1:30-3:30pm.

HTHS Sadie Hawkins Dance will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 7:00pm-10:00pm at Hewitt-Trussville High School. It is only for 9th-12th grade students who attend our school. The theme this year will be “A Night in the City!” More information to come.
