Winter has finally arrived!!!! Please make certain students come to school prepared for the cold weather-coats, gloves, hats, snowboots if needed. As per the Student Handbook, students will go be outside for morning walking and recess if the wind chill is above 15 degrees. If students are prepared and dressed for the weather, recess will remain fun and enjoyable.

There are 2 ways you can help us earn money for Washington through Casey's Rewards. First, you can sign yourself up for Casey's Rewards, earning points at the pump or in the store. You can then donote your points to Washington Elementary, which can then be turned into cash. If you don't not want to create your own account, you can enter the school's phone number 308-535-7142, at the pump or in store to earn points on the school account. Please invite grandmas and grandpas, aunts and uncles to help us earn money by simply buying gas or a soda.
