Happy Friday, PCMS Families,

Can you believe we're back next week? Summer always seems to fly by, and it's hard to believe the first day of school is almost here.

I can't tell you how great it was to see so many of our students and families during schedule pick-up on Wednesday and Thursday. The excitement, smiles, and conversations throughout the building reminded us why we do this work. Whether it was a sixth grader finding their classroom for the first time, a returning student catching up with friends, or families meeting administration, the positive energy was contagious.

That excitement helps set the tone for the year ahead. Every new school year brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and build relationships. Our staff has worked hard throughout the summer to prepare a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where every student can thrive.

We can't wait to welcome our Vikings back next week and begin another incredible year together. Doors will open at 7:50 AM.

Mr. James Stallworth – 6th Grade Assistant Principal
Mr. Stallworth works closely with our sixth-grade students and families to help make the transition to middle school a positive one. He is dedicated to building strong relationships with students while helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to be successful.

Ms. Laura Wilder – 7th Grade Assistant Principal
Ms. Wilder partners with our seventh-grade students and families during this important year of growth and increased independence. She is passionate about supporting students, celebrating their successes, and helping them overcome challenges.

Dr. Debbie Amodio – 8th Grade Assistant Principal & Associate Principal
Dr. Amodio supports our eighth-grade students as they prepare for the important transition to high school. She also serves as our Associate Principal, helping lead schoolwide initiatives and ensuring that every student has the support they need to thrive.

Respectfully,

Dr. Tyler Arnold
