Please be advised that the final day of the academic school year is Friday, May 22. It is essential to note that school attendance remains mandatory through this date. Attendance figures will be officially recorded and will contribute to students' overall academic records even on the final day of instruction. Please be aware that absences during this period can impact a student's final standing, potentially resulting in the need for summer credit recovery. We look forward to seeing every student on campus to conclude the year successfully.

Please be advised that the standard student uniform policy remains in full effect through the conclusion of the school year. Students are required to adhere to the established dress code daily, unless told otherwise by an admin. We will continue to issue appropriate consequences for any violations of the dress code policy to ensure consistency and campus safety.

We value the partnership we have with our families and are committed to continuous improvement at our campus. To assist us in this effort, we invite all parents and guardians to share their experiences by leaving a review for our school.

We have an exciting final week of school planned, packed with special events specifically for our 8th graders! The fee to participate in all festivities is $50, and a link for payment will be provided below. For more information regarding the schedule or specific activities, parents are encouraged to email Ms. Guess. We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with our promoting class!

As we approach the end of the academic year, we want to provide clarity regarding the promotion process:

• Proactive Outreach: This week, school staff will be reaching out directly to the parents of students who are not being promoted to the next grade level.

• Checking In: If you have not heard from the school but still have questions regarding your student’s status, we encourage you to reach out to their teachers for a check-in.

• The Final Push: Please keep in mind that with approximately three weeks of school remaining, there are still three full weeks of instruction and grading ahead.

Teachers have until the final day of school to input grades. Consequently, formal confirmation for some students may not be available until the week after school ends. We ask for your patience during this busy time as our staff works to ensure every grade is accurately recorded.
