Students may be out of uniform on May 11th for $1. Students must follow the theme to be out of uniform or they may choose to dress in regular uniform.

Field day is Monday, May 18. Findlay City Schools will be offering a sack lunch (PB Jammer, cheese stick, fruit, vegetable, and a bag of chips) this day so students can easily grab and go to eat with their classes. Pre-order by Wednesday, May 13 at noon if your child will buy a sack lunch for field day. Do not complete the form if your child will pack their own lunch.

ALL families in KR-8 must complete the form (even if you are not ordering hot dogs) by May 8th so we know how your student(s) are going home on the last day of school.

It is a Saint Michael tradition to end the school year with a Mass at 10:00 am followed by a hot dog family picnic (about 11:30 am). At that time, students have the option to go home with families. Any student needing to stay for Extended Day, day care, or bus transportation will be grouped together and cared for by staff.

LAST DAY FORM

No need to cook lunch or dinner (or both) on May 11th! Join the 7th grade class for their Dine to Donate event at Panda Express on Tiffin Avenue on May 11th from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM. All proceeds from this event will go to support the Class of 2027 trip to Washington D.C.

All students who plan to play a sport at St. Michael School will need a sports physical. Please take all paper work to be signed by a physician and then upload to Final Forms. Physicals must be completed before the athlete will be able to begin practices or play in games with the team.

The SMS volleyball team is excited to start another season! We have grade specific teams for athletes entering grades 3 - 8 and are open to any St. Michael student or parishioner. Please complete this form for each student athlete participating in our SMS volleyball program. Register by June 1st.

Registration is now open for Camp Discovery—Nature Navigators and Camp World—Era Explorers!

• Camp Discovery will be held at Donnell Middle School from June 1-5, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

• Camp World is also at Donnell Middle School from June 22-26, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The cost is $200 per camp and includes 5 days of fun and learning from licensed educators, lunch and snacks provided, and a cool camp t-shirt!
