(yes, this is really real, updated in 2025, not to be confused with the old one that was posted here briefly)

Hello Whetstone family!

It is hard to believe that graduation is less than one month away! Graduation will be at Nationwide Arena on May 31, 2025 at 6pm. Due to the contract with the venue and the school district, we will have to limit tickets to 10 per graduate. Whetstone will not have additional tickets to provide to families. You may contact another graduate to see if they have extra tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During graduation, students have the opportunity to have a staff member present them with their diploma and take a photo. The form that must be completed by the staff member and the student is available in the main office.

All graduating seniors have the opportunity to audition to speak at graduation. The application will be coming out on Monday May 5, 2025. Students will read their speech before a panel on May 19th and will be notified by May 22, 2025 if they will be speaking at graduation.

Caps and gowns will be given to students at graduation rehearsal. Graduation rehearsal is May 30, 2025 at 7:30am. Prior to graduation rehearsal, please ensure that you have completed all of the tasks listed above. Senior Checkout items are due May 22, 2025 at 12:00pm. If they are not completed, students will NOT receive their cap and gown or tickets

****If you have a hard time with finding the fees, please see Ms. Ottey for assistance.
