Ms. Brinklyn Johnson

Hi! My name is Ms. Johnson and I’m so excited to be teaching Business Education at Carrington this year! I recently graduated from Valley City State University with a degree in Business Education. I’m passionate about helping students build real-world skills they can use beyond the classroom. Outside of school, I’ve enjoyed coaching dance and being involved in activities that support and mentor students. In my free time, I love hiking and spending time with my friends and family. I’m looking forward to a great year!

Mrs. April Hoggarth

Hello! My name is Mrs. Hoggarth, and I’m excited to begin this new chapter teaching Family and Consumer Sciences after several years in 1st grade. It’s a big change, but I’m looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities it brings. I had a very busy summer—I got married, moved houses, and switched classrooms all at once! In addition to teaching, I’m also the school’s FCCLA advisor, the head girls cross country coach, and the head track coach. Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, traveling, sewing, and scrapbooking. I’m thrilled to be part of this community and can’t wait for a great year ahead!

Ms. Megan Thompson

Hello! My name is Megan Thompson, and I’m excited to be joining the team this year. I currently hold a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on a Director’s Credential. This will be my seventh year in education.

While my teaching experience has been primarily at the elementary level, I’ve also supported high school students with paperwork and services during my time in New Rockford. I’m especially looking forward to the opportunity to work more directly with high schoolers this year—and to be a Cardinal again!

I’m thrilled to be part of this community and can’t wait to get started!

Ms. Jaiden Wuori

Hi! My name is Jaiden Wuori, and I am thrilled to be teaching at CHS for the 2025/2026 school year. I have always had a passion for teaching. While going to school at CHS, I was able to assist in two elementary classrooms as a jet student. That experience only furthered my interest in teaching as a career. Upon graduating high school, I attended the University of Minnesota Duluth, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Teaching Communication Arts & Literature. After my time in Duluth, my partner and I moved out to Virginia Beach, VA to experience a new area and to enjoy the outdoors. While in Virginia, I had the pleasure of working as a preschool summer camp teacher, a high school English teacher, a lead two’s teacher, and a middle school tutor. These various experiences helped me grow not only as a teacher but also as a person. I am excited to return to the school that started my love for this profession and to use the things I have learned to be the best teacher I can be.
