π¦ AHS Students Growing As Leaders at Texas Boys State!
Congratulations to 10 outstanding Argyle High School students who represented AHS recently at the American Legion Boys State in Austin!
Recognized as one of the nation's most respected and selective educational leadership programs, Boys State provides students with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the foundations of government and civic responsibility.
During the program, participants take part in a hands-on experience where they operate local, county, and state governments through elections, leadership roles, and legislative activities.
We are so proud of these Eagle students for representing AHS so well, learning great leadership skills and embracing an incredible learning experience!

π² Wellness Corner: Screen Time
The U.S. Surgeon General recently released new advisory identifying excessive screen time as a growing public health concern for children and adolescents.
The timing is significant: Today, about 1 in 5 teens use TikTok and YouTube almost constantly. As technology, social media, gaming, and A.I. become increasingly embedded in studentsβ daily lives, schools and families are asking an important question: how can we help students build healthier habits and a stronger balance with technology?
