Are you Graduating or Moving?
2024 Seniors & students leaving PUSD
If you are graduating, moving, or leaving PUSD for another reason, there are a number of things that should be completed before the school year ends on May 31, 2024.
- Return all assigned textbooks, library books, classroom library materials, musical instruments, Chromebooks, chargers, hotspots, and headsets to your school site.
- If you have any questions regarding instructional materials, please contact your school site for more information. For any questions regarding technology, please call 626.396.3699.
Your Google Account will be accessible until May 31, 2024. If you need to download or transfer your files (transferring is only available to 12th graders), then please do so by May 31st. Your account will not be accessible after that date.
- Starting May 1st, 12th grade students will be able to transfer content from their PUSD account to a personal account. Please follow directions in the video below.
- Download your Google Drive, bookmarks, and more to import into another Google account. Follow the steps for using Google Takeout in the video below. The files can be downloaded directly from the same section where you started the Takeout process. **Please note: if you have a lot of files in your Drive, it can take a few hours to create your zip files.
- Once you have downloaded your files, you will need to log in to your PUSD account on a personal device. From there, you will download the zip files to that device. Then you will be able to upload the files to your personal Google Account.
- If you have any issues with the Transfer or Takeout process, please submit a Help Desk ticket or email edtech@pusd.us
