Happy Friday, Cedar Creek! 💜💚
What a fun and busy week here at Cedar Creek! It was so heartwarming to watch the kiddos eat lunch with their grandparents or special person. The smiles, laughs, and love filled my heart! The Book Fair was also a blast- I love seeing kids excited to read!
One last push to sign up for conferences, which are this coming week. This is a great opportunity to touch base on how your child is doing both academically and socially in school. As a reminder we have an early dismissal on Wednesday, 10/14 at 12:10pm.
I will not be sending out a family newsletter next week, so I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for sharing your kiddos with me for this short period of time. Cedar Creek is such an amazing school and I love being able to be here for a short part of their year. My last day is Tuesday, October 20th and on that same day Mrs. Chrisler will be here to observe. She will be here for the remainder of Mrs. Ellett's absence. Her email is machrisler@olatheschools.org.
Don't forget to continue supporting your kiddos at home with daily reading, practicing for spelling tests, and working on fact fluency! Your support goes a long way in helping our students grow!
