- MCAS Dates are listed below.
- Please let me know if you need anything with progress monitoring and benchmark testing.
- Grade Levels are happening. I do have some stuff for you but you will also have some time to work with each other.
- Data meetings will be in February.
- Assembly next Friday at 1:15: Grades 1 and 5 will have lunch in classroom. We will have more details next week.

Reminder new month for spotted on the bulletin board.
Please let me know if you need more tickets for prizes for your daily Spotted drawings. All classrooms should be drawing tickets for prizes daily.

Important Information about Progress Monitoring
Please make sure you are entering DIBELS progress monitoring - intensive/red students 2x a month strategic/yellow students 1x a month
You need to enable all of their red and yellow students in the databases

Behavior
Continue to do think sheets for students and inform parents by requiring a signature. You can always follow up with a phone call or email.
Do not want to catch them off guard if we need a meeting with any student regarding behavior.

License for streaming will be in soon. Looking for you all to try to do this quick little routine twice a day for all students and yourself.
Please try to shut the class down and really have this be the focus for the students with no interruption.(Obviously the best we can do) Start of day, after recess or anytime you need a moment to breath. :)
School Safety
Alice Trainings: Please meet with your students Wednesday afternoon to review this material. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Grade 5: I reached out to building staff for updated building maps to add your evacuation route. Hopefully get one soon. If you do not have a exit route posted in your room. Please let me know.

Walkie Talkies: Some of our walkies decided to stop working. We are working on it. We will have one in the office to borrow for those that do not have one and need one for when they go outside the building.
All phones are functioning and a great way to communicate within the building.
Vector
All plans should be updated in Vector.
If you work between two schools, we are working on who will be your evaluator.
Math
Please be sure to get all students on ST Math for the proper time each week. It supports what they are learning in the classroom.
