Dear Bear Creek Families,

Do you know about the Austin ISD RAVE program? A R.A.V.E. is a way that Austin ISD recognizes all valuable employees. When you take the time to give a shout out to a Bear Creek staff member, it is a pat on the back that is noticed district wide. Bear Creek Limits (BCL) is just weeks away… and WE NEED YOU!

If you or your older kids (Middle School Age +) are game to help out on the day of BCL, sign up

below to be part of the magic (and earn those volunteer hours!). BCL depends on community

support and our volunteer shifts are as short as 30 minutes. This is a super fun opportunity to

get involved and create community for our Cubs!

Escarpment Resurfacing Notice

The City of Austin Transportation Public Works Department notified Bear Creek that starting sometime next week Escarpment will be resurfaced. I was assured that this work will occur outside of any school arrival or dismissal times.

To hear the streets scheduled for today's work, call the RESURFACING HOTLINE at 512-974-9788.

CAC Meeting will be held the first Monday of the month in the Bear Creek Library. All are welcome to attend.

Our first meeting of the school year is September 8th at 3:30 pm in the Bear Creek Library.

Are you interested in becoming an official member of the CAC? Use this form to express your interest. While you do not need to be a member to attend meetings, membership allows our parent community to have a direct voice in Bear Creek matters.
