From the Desk of Dr. D.

Dear Riverview Families,

As we move into the second quarter, I want to take a moment to celebrate some incredible news regarding our school attendance! We are currently boasting a 94.4% positive attendance rate and have dropped our chronic absenteeism rate to just 14%. Both of these numbers are outstanding and put us well ahead of district averages!

Being at school every day is absolutely crucial for our students' academic and social success. Consistent attendance helps our students stay engaged with their learning and build strong relationships with their peers and teachers. This data is a testament to our community's collective commitment to our kids. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure your child is here, on time, and ready to learn each and every day!

Trunk or Treat Details:

While you are gathering goodies and enjoying the evening, be sure to grab a bite to eat! It’s a great way to support our students' with hands-on learning experiences while enjoying an easy dinner with the family. We can't wait to see all of your wonderful costumes tonight!

Thank you for being an important part of Riverview’s community. We are honored to play a role in your students' lives and journeys, and we show up each day with the intention of making this our best year yet!

Sincerely,

John Dumbleton

Principal–Riverview PK-8
