September 2026
Achievement Applications (Record Books) must be turned in to the Extension Office by 4 p.m. Sept. 22.
Applications need to be submitted in hard copy (printed or hand written) in a green 4-H cover. Covers are available at the office for $6.
Members who complete and return their Achievement Applications on time will receive Booster Bonus checks and may apply for Enrichment Scholarships next spring.
Forms can be found at our website Chase County 4-H | Nebraska Extension in Perkins & Chase Counties | Nebraska Extension | Nebraska
