For the convenience of our families, one step Registration Confirmation is all that is needed to secure your child's spot for next school-year. Use the link above to confirm your child's registration.
Re-Registration Fee: The annual re-enrollment fee of $100 per student will be discounted to $75 (SAVE $25) until 3/3/2023 and will be withdrawn from the same account as your monthly tuition withdrawal. If the registration confirmation is completed before 3/3/23, you will receive the discounted rate on your withdrawal date of either February 24th or March 17th.
**After March 3rd, the registration fee increases to $100 per student.
If your family pays tuition in full, you will receive an invoice for your re-registration fee. Families who paid in full should still confirm registration using the link above.
Students not returning to DeSales for the 2023-2024 school-year should notify the Business Office in writing of that intent by February 24th to avoid the automatic withdrawal of re-enrollment fees.

The Bison Children's Scholarship Fund
PRE-APPLICATION NOW OPEN! - Last year DeSales students received over $100,000 in scholarships from the Bison Fund!
The Bison Fund Scholarship pre-application is now open! Interested families can click on the “Apply Now” button to be placed in the scholarship lottery. Please visit https://bisonfund.com/our-scholarships/
The BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund is a privately funded organization whose mission is helping families afford the cost of private K-12 schools. Students who attend DeSales are eligible for these income based scholarships.
Pre-application deadline is March 15, 2023.
Catholic Parish Stipend
The Catholic Parish Stipend tuition rate is granted to DeSales families who are members of a local Catholic parish. This stipend is funded solely by DeSales Catholic School. To apply, complete the form linked below and return to the DeSales Main Office.
DeSales Tution Assistance
Need-based tuition assistance is available for any student registered in grades K - 8 at DeSales Catholic School. Guidelines and applications are available on the DeSales website. If you need a hard copy of the application sent home to you, please message Mrs. Firkins.
· All DeSales Scholarship applicants must also apply to the BISON Fund
· All awards are confidential
· Applications are due to DeSales Finance Office by April 15th
· Applications from new students or for financial emergencies are considered anytime.
